 BIOGRAFÍA DE EMINEM Eminem nació un 17 de octubre 1974. Su nombre verdadero es Marshall Bruce Mathers III. Él compuso el apodo Eminem (M&M pronunciado) de sus iniciales. Nació en la ciudad de Kansas, Missouri. Como niño él vivió con su mamá, Debbie Mathers-Briggs, nunca conoció a su papá, porque su papá se fue cuando él tenía solamente algunos meses, iba de un lado a otro: de la casa de la madre a casa de la abuela, hasta que tubo 11 años, fue cuando él y su mamá se quedaron a vivir en Detroit. Asistió a la preparatoria Lincoln en Warren 1986-89 pero se le dificultó hacer amigos, graduarse y mantenerse fuera de problemas. Marshall tiene un hermano más joven, Nate, que nació en 1986. La primera canción de rap que Eminem oyó fue: "imprudente" por Ice-T, y ésta consiguió engancharlo en música del rap. Algunos de sus otros rappers preferidos que crecían para arriba eran los Beastie Boys, LL refrescan J, y ejecutan DMC. A Em no le fue demasiado bien con la escuela, y decidió dejarla en noveno grado(2año). Consiguió más adelante trabajar de: transportador y como cocinero de una parrilla en Gilbert’s Lodge(un restaurante familiar)en St.Clair Shores de 1996 a 1998.Marshall también intentó perseguir una carrera de rap; el mismo hizo casettes para lugares como Récord Time in Roseville. Criticaba mordazmente en los clubs alrededor de Detroit, pero estaba generalmente afuera debido a su raza(ya que él es blanco). En 1996 él creó su primer álbum, Infinite(traducido infinito). "Infinite fue el disco en el que intente encontrar mi estilo, yo quería tomar el micrófono y presentarme por mí mismo" recuerda "fue una etapa de crecimiento","Yo sentí que Infinite fue como un demo que simplemente fallo". Era un álbum subterráneo independiente, pero no le fue demasiado bien (aunque es excelente), porque alguna gente pensó que él intentaba sonar como Nas y Az. El 25 de diciembre de 1995 era otro acontecimiento grande para Eminem. Su hija, Hailie Jade Scott nació, es obvio que la ama más que a cualquier cosa en este mundo. La madre de Hailie es la esposa de Eminem Kimberly (ellos fueron novios durante 8 años, los cuales se peleaban y se amigaban, estaban así todo el tiempo). En 1997, Eminem se vino para arriba con el apodo Slim Shady, y con el nuevo nombre vino un nuevo estilo. Las rimas de Em llegaron a ser mucho más oscuras, desemejantes de las canciones en infinite. Más adelante en 1997 él grava un una versión EP: The Slim Shady EP (también un álbum excelente). "Yo no tenía nada que perder, pero algo que ganar" dice Eminem "Si yo hago un álbum para mí, y es de mi satisfacción, entonces habré tenido éxito, si no, entonces mis productores se rendirán. Yo hice algunas canciones que quería escuchar. En The Slim Shady EP, yo me burle de todas las personas que hablaron pendejadas de mí" "Yo siento que es mi tiempo de brillar" dice Eminem "En ese tiempo yo sentí que era situación de vida o muerte". The Slim Shady EP llegó de alguna manera a las manos de Dr. Dre, a quien le encantó, le gusto mucho y decidió contratarlo, Em firmó y comenzó a trabajar para la discográfica de Dr. Dre. En 1998, Eminem comenzó a registrar su segundo álbum(segundo álbum bajo la discográfica de Dr.Dre): The Slim Shady LP, "Yo digo cosas que creo que impactarán a la gente" dice. "Pero yo no hago cosas para impactar gente. No estoy tratando de ser el próximo TUPAC, pero yo no sé que tan lejos pueda llegar en este planeta. Así que mientras estoy aquí, sacaré el máximo provecho de ello". El álbum salió a la venta el 23 de febrero de 1999, y se había convertido en un golpe importante, fue colocado en la cartelera musical en la segunda posición y fue disco de platino 3 veces, en tan solo semanas, vendió 480.000 copias. Y su ultimo disco: The Marshall Mathers LP pronto irá a platino. Eminem está actualmente ocupado con viajar y promover su álbum. Otra info sobre Marshall Eminem es de libra, escucha casi todo hip-hop, y algunos de sus artistas preferidos son Tupac, Redman, los Beastie Boys, y muchos otros rappers. Él no escucha muchos otros géneros además del hip-hop pero también le gusta No Doubt y Alanis Morrissette. Dicen que es un perfeccionista y muy sarcástico. Él es realmente divertido. Eminem quisiera algún día tener una carrera temporaria como actor, y estará en una película de terror hip-hop llamada Friendz.
